The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) is an innovative tool for improving food security analysis and decision-making. It is a standardized scale that integrates food security, nutrition and livelihood information into a clear statement about the nature and severity of a crisis and implications for strategic response.

8. Prototype of the "Atlas dynamique sur la sécurité alimentaire au Burkina (ADYSA)" and related training

The prototype of the Atlas Dynamique sur la Securité Alimentaire (ADYSA) was presented to staff from food security institutions in Burkina Faso. Training was given in using the Dynamic Atlas software package and the GeoNetwork platform
