The EC/FAO Programme on Information Systems to Improve Food Security Decision-Making in ENPEast Area is designed to enhance national capacity in generating, analyzing, communicating and mainstreaming reliable food security-related information into food security-related policies and programmes.

Under the overall supervision of the Director, ESA, and the direct technical supervision of the Programme Coordinator (PC), the Country Coordinator will coordinate the implementation of all Programme activities in the country, in close collaboration with the members of the Country Coordination Team (CCT) and in-country Programme stakeholders. The Coordinator will be part of the Country Coordination Team and represent the Programme in the country and in international fora when required.
