The aim of this consultancy was to assess statistically-related aspects of the current Malawi Integrated Nutrition and Food Security Surveillance System (MINFSSS) in terms of representativeness, district analysis and use of the data. In the process, the validity and reliability of the data and appropriateness of their monthly reports were assessed.

The “Improved Global Governance for Hunger Reduction” programme is funded by the European Union with additional resources provided by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The programme is managed by FAO and collaborates with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the World Food Programme (WFP)”
