Mane has a degree in Linguistics and a degree in Economics (Management). She has 15 year experience with international organizations (WB, TACIS, EC), 10 of which as an Agricultural Policy Expert in EC Food Security Programme in Armenia.

 

Rasmiyya Aliyeva
Country Coordinator for Azerbaijan

Rasmiyya is the Country Coordinator in Azerbaijan. She has a Master’s degree in Economics and over 13 years experience as an economist and statistician in different projects and programmes funded by international organizations (EC, WB and UNICEF). In particular, she worked on the EC Food Security Programme in Azerbaijan

Beka has a degree in Economical Geography and a master degree in Agriculture and Rural Development. He has five years experience in international organizations for agriculture development.

 

Svetlana Ojog
Country Coordinator for Republic of Moldova

Svetlana has a Masters’ Degree in Agricultural Economics. She has over 17 years of experience working with private, public, and governmental entities in restructuring and developing of the agricultural sector, in elaboration of strategies and policies in agriculture and rural development. She has led agricultural development projects and research for USAID, World Bank, TACIS, GTZ, and Soros Foundations Network. 

 

Françoise Trine
Global Programme Coordinator

Françoise provides technical and managerial leadership to the programme. She holds a 5-year degree in Agricultural Sciences and an MPhil in Development Studies. She is a professional facilitator. She has been working since 1991 with FAO and other organizations on  food security information and analyses that support decision-making processes for greater food security.

Fortuna has a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature. She has been with FAO since 2007 working in office administration and organizing events.
